An online reservation with five bikes available. I reserved four, with the choice of paying by credit card or at the store and picking up the bikes at the store. Four stores to choose from for Cap Ferret, or delivery.
I received an email confirming my reservation, and on the day of, I went to the store address provided, but nothing. It didn't exist. I called the cell phone number, and the person told me there wasn't a store, only a bike delivery service. My reservation wasn't processed at first, then the person told me I'd received a cancellation email... But that wasn't the case.
The reservation system isn't working properly.
